controlled madness...

… msnbc's tamron hall – is she the most viewer friendly (in addition to being eminently good) news anchor, or what?

i've been hearing quite a bit about this “angry black man” complex, and how it has a lot to do with obama's disinclination to openly express a perceived anger or rage with whats happening down in the gulf. my take: knowing as we all do now, the public demeanor of the president, i fully expect him to be in character – but I also expect and desire him to not be mindful (at all) or respectful of some narrow-minded individuals'/societal makeup whose skewed perceptions of "those types" leads them inevitably to this racist destination. i want president obama to appropriately express warranted outrage presidentially – not as some hamstrung self conscious black man.

… and i am so tired of articles on the oil spill that highlight bp's estimates of how much this 'cap' is capturing, or how much oil is or was spewing into the gulf, oil plumes, or any of their well documented miscalculations, lies, and propaganda campaigns. it continues to be a wonder to me how bp - the alleged criminal - is getting away with restricting/controlling access to anything connected with the spill site.

kobe's vitamin water spot recently hit waves... it is easily his most 'viewer friendly' (see above) effort of this type – he's also quite good...

... janelle monae/big boi - "tightrope" (... ask somebody)
